WHAT IT DOES

This 3-in-1 package provides total care for the eyebrows so that they always look great. The pencils are formulated to give excellent color and be water-resistant so that it stays on for as long as needed. Infused with sunflower wax, rice bran extract, and tocopherol to condition and protect the skin so that those brows look great even after the liner is off. The sponge is designed to give as much precision as needed while blending. The spoolie can conveniently be changed in to comfortably comb those brow hairs perfectly.
